ELS is happy to host our second meeting of the Environmental Justice Reading Group. We will be sharing a list of suggested readings here

The EJ Reading Group is a relaxed space to discuss and learn about some of the major issues at the intersection of law, society, and the environment. Throughout the fall 2021 semester, we’ll meet to provide an introduction to environmental justice and discuss its connection with areas such as labor law and workers’ rights, climate refugees, food security, and natural disasters. While our first meeting will take place on Zoom, we hope to schedule future meetings in-person at the law school.

We encourage everyone with an interest to attend. No prior knowledge of environmental law is expected, and no reading is necessary to participate!
