The NYU Texas Law Society is pleased ot be hosting attorneys from the New York office of Vinson & Elkins and the Texas offices of Latham & Watkins for a virtual Energy Transition panel.

Our guests bring more than fifty years of combined experience advising clients in the energy and energy transition industry:  

Mollie Duckworth is a partner at the Austin office of Latham & Watkins, where she focuses on equity and debt issuance, M&A, and corporate governance advisory. 

Justin Stolte is a partner at the Houston office of Latham & Watkins, where he focuses on strategic transactions involving energy and infrastructure businesses. Justin is Global Chair of the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure Industry Group.

Robert Seber is a partner at the New York office of Vinson & Elkins, where he heads the firm’s Investment Management practice. Robert is an adjunct professor at NYU Law and teaches an Energy Transition seminar in the fall.

Eamon Nolan is a partner at the New York office of Vinson & Elkins, where he focuses on development and finance of large energy projects. Eamon has extensive experience w all parts of the energy transition ecosystem – from wind and solar to energy storage to hydrogen infrastructure.
