Effective Employment Law Arbitration & Mediation
The NYU Labor Center and the Student Mediation Organization at NYU Law bring together arbitators and mediators, sharing their experiences and insights on particular issues and considerations for effective employment law alternative dispute resolutions. Discussion will cover common misconceptions, what parties can do to make the process more effective, pre-hearing discovery, confidentiality, avoiding buyer's remorse, and more.
