Dinner Discussion with Professor Barry Friedman on the Relationship between Public Opinion and the Supreme Court
245 Sullivan Street NY ,10012 (view map)
This event is not open to the public.
Join the Supreme Court Forum and Professor Barry Friedman, one of the country's leading experts on constitutional law, judicial behavior, and federal courts, for a dinner discussion on the relationship between public opinion and the Supreme Court! This is an informal and open forum for all of us to discuss topics relating to the Supreme Court that we find important and interesting but haven't had a chance to explore in our classes - and the best part is, you get to help drive the discussion!
Come to Furman 310 on Tuesday, October 4th at 5:30pm for good food, good company, and good conversation. Please RSVP through this short Google Form, and feel free to write in a question/topic relating to constitutional law that you'd like to discuss in our collective spreadsheet. You can read more about Professor Friedman and his fantastic research here.
To enable us to have a group discussion where everyone has a chance to participate, we’ll be limiting the number of spots available to 25, and we will email you to confirm your spot - no worries if you can’t make this dinner, because we’ll be hosting more of them this year!
