The NYU Law Federalist Society is excited to be hosting NYU Law Professors Sally Katzen, Richard Epstein, and Catherine Sharkey on Thursday, November 19th, for a panel discussion on their differing perspectives on the role of the administrative state. The panelists will also explore their perspectives on how the current administrative state compares to the ideal and how they see the law in this area developing in the near future.
