The Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance, together with the Judicial Clerkship Office, invite you to join Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick (Delaware Court of Chancery) and NYU School of Law alumni who clerked on the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court for a conversation about the benefits of a Delaware clerkship for those who want to practice corporate law, litigation or transactional. Professor Rob Jackson will moderate a conversation with Chancellor McCormick, Mark Lebovitch (Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP), Monica Smith (Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz), Andrew Wood (Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP), and Mike Rusie (Kirkland & Ellis LLP).
