Contract Law for Arbitrators: Brazilian Law, New York Law, and Transnational Law

NYU’s Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law will host a series of webinars to discuss four specific contract law issues, which for the last years have been the focus of many arbitration proceedings in the United States and elsewhere.

The webinars will look at contract interpretation, change of circumstances and economic hardship, good faith, and penalty clauses. Each issue will be examined from the perspectives of Brazilian law, New York law, and transnational law.
