Observers have called climate change the gravest threat to human rights in the 21st century. In recognition of this reality, lawyers and advocates in the nascent climate change and human rights field have been pursuing a wide variety of actions, advocacy efforts, and strategies aimed at holding governments and corporations accountable for climate harms.

This afternoon talk will feature an overview of the field provided by Professor César Rodríguez-Garavito, followed by a discussion of recent developments and experiences in the field.

Levain cookies and coffee will be served!
