Please join ELS and ACS on April 15th at 6pm in FH 212 for a lively discussion on the impact of the federal administration change on climate equity, what litigation and the courts can do, and how states, cities, and NGOs are stepping up to fill the federal regulatory void.  Professor Marianne Engelman-Lado, former Deputy General Counsel for Environmental Initiatives at the EPA and Director of the Environmental and Climate Justice Lab at NYU Law will make keynote remarks. Our panelists include: Sahana Rao, NRDC, Associate Director & Staff Attorney: Environment, Equity & Justice Center; Denise Patel, WeAct, National Organizing Director; and Elizabeth Stein, Institute for Policy Integrity, State Policy Director. The panel will be moderated by Professor Katrina Wyman, NYU Law, Wilf Family Professor of Property Law.
