The Antitrust & Competition Law Society (ACLS) and Environmental Law Society (ELS) are excited to host a panel discussion delving into the intersection of antitrust law and sustainability efforts. This lunch panel, featuring a lineup of esteemed experts in the field, will cover a wide range of pressing topics including ESG and industry collaboration, megamergers in the oil and gas industry, and the role of antitrust laws in promoting environmental welfare.

We will be hosting the following practitioners for a panel discussion:
