Clerkships Program with Vice Chancellor Travis Laster

On Wednesday, October 25, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Furman Hall 326, the Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance, together with the Judicial Clerkship Office, invite you to join Vice Chancellor Travis Laster (Delaware Court of Chancery) and NYU School of Law alumni who clerked on the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court for a conversation about the benefits of a Delaware clerkship for those who want to practice corporate law, litigation or transactional. Professor Emiliano Catan will moderate a conversation with Vice Chancellor Laster and his two current clerks, Elena Boushee and Anthony Calvano, and Mark Lebovitch (formerly of Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossman LLP), Vanessa Richardson (Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP), Kyle Lachmund (Richards Layton & Finger, P.A.), and Mike Rusie (Kirkland & Ellis LLP).
