Challenging Civil Procedure: The Impact of Iqbal

In conversation about the dangers and impact of Ashcroft v Iqbal and how it is taught in law schools. The panel will feature Professor Alex Reinhart of Cardozo Law, the attorney who litigated the case at the Supreme Court, and Professor Sahar Aziz, the founding director of the interdisciplinary Rutgers Center for Security, Race, and Rights. They will discuss the issues, and provide solutions and perspective to the attending faculty and students about the way this case is taught and what we can do better. The panel will then be open to Q&A.
