Mr. Jose Di Lenola will be presenting a case study of current Parole Board practices. This presentation will also cover: the history and mission of the Parole Board and the political process of commissioner appointments. During this presentation, he will clarify the misunderstanding between Determinant and Indeterminate sentences.
