Careers in Government with Ricky Revesz

In January 2023, Richard Revesz became Administrator of the US Office for Management and Budget’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA). OIRA, housed within the Executive Office of the President, reviews rules drafted by federal agencies and oversees the implementation of rules and regulations across the federal government.  Earlier this year, the New York Times published a profile of Revesz that stated that he “has begun to change the fundamental math that underpins federal regulations designed to protect human health and the environment.” Revesz, an expert in administrative and environmental law, is currently on leave from NYU Law, where he is AnBryce Professor of Law, and director of the Institute for Policy Integrity.  From 2002 to 2013, Revesz was Dean of NYU Law.  From 2014 until he became OIRA Administrator, Revesz was director of the American Law Institute.     

Revesz will join us in person to have an informal conversation about careers in government.
