Creating a more inclusive culture will require all of us to change our daily habits—in the workplace, in the classroom, and in our broader lives. But why is change so difficult, and what can we do to overcome the barriers?

Professor Katy Milkman, a renowned behavioral scientist at The Wharton School, has published extensively on a range of diversity and inclusion topics, such as discrimination in academia, gender equality in the workplace, and the efficacy of diversity training. More recently, she published the bestselling book, How to Change: The Science of Getting from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be.

Join Professor Milkman in conversation with Professor Kenji Yoshino, Director of the Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, to explore how Professor Milkman’s research in diversity and inclusion and her research on behavioral change can be harnessed to help people build more inclusive habits.

This event is part of the Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging speaker series. The series is sponsored by:
