You are invited to a discussion of Holding a Mirror up to Nature: Shame, Guilt, and Violence in Shakespeare (Cambridge University Press) with authors James Gilligan, Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at New York University, and David A. J. Richards, Edwin D. Webb Professor of Law at NYU School of Law on Tuesday, February 22 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. via Zoom.

Bessel A. van der Kolk MD, Professor of Psychiatry, Boston University School of Medicine, and Tina Packer, author, actress, director and founder, Shakespeare and Company will provide a commentary. Dean Trevor Morrison, Eric M. and Laurie B. Roth Professor of Law at NYU School of Law will provide welcome remarks.
