What role does Delaware Court of Chancery play in matters beyond corporate law? Join Court of Chancery judges for a presentation on the court’s role in various landmark and recent cases concerning social justice issues, personal freedom, desegregation and school funding. Chancellor McCormick, Vice Chancellor Will, Vice Chancellor Slights, and Vice Chancellor Fioravanti will lead the presentation and take questions from students about the court.
