Anat Admati (George G.C. Parker Professor of Finance and Economics, Stanford GSB) will be speaking about the newly expanded, 10th-anniversary edition of her book, The Bankers' New Clothes, and Michael Ohlrogge (Associate Professor of Law, NYU Law) will be speaking on his paper "Why Have Uninsured Depositors Become De Facto Insured?" 

Prepared remarks on The Bankers' New Clothes will be provided by Kathryn Judge (Harvey J. Goldschmid Professor of Law, Columbia Law School) and Todd Baker (Managing Principal, Broadmoor Consulting LLC and former Head of Americas Corporate Development for MUFG Americas Holdings).

Prepared remarks on "Why Have Uninsured Depositors Become De Facto Insured?" will be provided by Howell Jackson (James S. Reid, Jr., Professor of Law, Harvard Law School) and Randall Guynn (Chair, Financial Institutions Group, Davis Polk).

Roundtable discussion, following Chatham House Rules, will follow each presentation and set of prepared remarks.
