Faced with a world of bias, injustice, and inequality, how can one individual make a difference? Dolly Chugh, social psychologist at the NYU Stern School of Business and author of The Person You Mean to Be: How Good People Fight Bias (2018), offers research-backed methods to improve your own inclusive behavior, confront and educate others, and nudge institutions to live up to their values.

Join Professor Chugh in conversation with David Glasgow, Executive Director of the Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, to discuss how you can be a better ally and advocate for diversity and inclusion-at school, in the workplace, and in the wider world.

Pre-read for CLE purposes: Deborah L. Rhode, “Diversity in the Profession” in The Trouble with Lawyers (2015).

This event is part of the Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging speaker series.
