Retention of Records
The CLE Board requires providers to retain, for a period of at least four years, for each program:
- a copy of the timed agenda
- a copy of the written materials
- the attendance list
- a sample certificate of attendance
- a sample evaluation questionnaire
- all completed evaluations
- a course brochure or a copy of the advertisement, where applicable.
Please retain your CLE event records in a location other than your email, such as in hard copy or in electronic format, for four years. We will also retain a copy of your event records but we prefer to have more than one set on file in case an issue arises.
