Abstract: This two-day long Next Generation of Antitrust, Data Privacy & Data Protection Scholars Conference provided an opportunity for professors in law, economics, accounting, finance, management, information systems, operations management, and marketing who began their full-time tenure-track career in or after 2014 to present their latest research. Senior scholars and practitioners in the field commented on the papers. This free, non-CLE conference was co-sponsored by the ABA Antitrust Law Section and NYU School of Law.
