Established in 1945, the Graduate Tax Program was the first—and is still the foremost—program of its kind. With 10 full-time faculty and more than 40+ adjuncts and 50+ courses, it has everything you need to advance your career in tax. - Many applicants have as much as 5 to 15 years of experience of practice. Those seeking an entry-level tax position often apply to our full-time program.
- Applicants must hold a JD or LLB from a school approved by the Section on Legal Education of the American Bar Association or a bachelor of laws degree from a non-US law school approved by its foreign equivalent.
- There are a few countries or territories that are not eligible for the program.
- Program size: 90-110 students
- You're a tax lawyer whose degree is from outside of the US.

Advanced Professional Certificates in Taxation
- Three areas of concentration: estate planning, international taxation, and corporate taxation.
- Part-time programs, some of which can be completed online.
- Students cannot double count credit from their LLM towards these certificates.
- You're a tax practitioner, but not an attorney.

- Applicants are typically CPAs and economists who work closely with attorneys on complex transactional tax issues)
