How did NYU Law faculty spend the summer? A lot of them hit the road to deliver lectures, give presentations, or instruct classes in locations around the globe. After a few professors let us know of their appearances, we invited all full-time faculty to tell us about their summer gigs, and we’ve plotted the responses we received on a map, which you can see by clicking on the image to the right.
Zoom all the way out, and you’ll get a get a sense of the breadth of locations visited. Zoom in to see that some cities (Buenos Aires and Florence, for example) drew appearances from more than one NYU Law professor. Drill down to figure out how Barton Beebe hopped from Hamburg to Hong Kong without even entering German air space. (Besides clicking on the map pins, you can also read the information for each faculty member, listed alphabetically, in a text panel running down the left side of screen).
