US DOJ Issues New Guidelines on Individual Accountability for Corporate Wrongdoing

On September 10, 2015, the NYU Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement sponsored an address by Deputy Attorney General Sally Quillian Yates. To an audience that filled NYU Law's Greenberg Lounge, Deputy Attorney General Sally Quillian Yates announced new DOJ guidelines on Individual Accountability for Corporate Misconduct, now commonly known as the "Yates Memo."
